Heelarious

There is a new shoe in the toddler world that really tests the idea that kids are too young to own certain things. In fact, this is not only just a new shoe but a new shoe category. This product which revolutionized the baby shoe category is called heelarious. They are heels for babies ages 0-6 months. They are not even intended for walking. This makes the concept even more interesting, because now parents are dressing up their children like they used to dress up their dolls when they were little. I think this trend of maturization with young kids are definitely revolutionizing the way we think kids should act. I remember when I was little my mom wouldn't even let me try on her makeup. Now parents are embracing this new look for their children.

Crazy hat day is not just for summer camp anymore

At the national conventions I notice a lot of silly hats. It made me think about the hat and its function. Hats do not only serve the purpose of shading your face. It shouts who you are as a person. It's the next best option for not writing on your forehead with a sharpie. Every hat tells a story. It can show where someone is from, what team they root for, what party
they vote for, what brand they like, or even if your a newly proud grandpa. A hat is truly a real conversation starter. This allows a person to know right off the hat if someone is similar to them. This medium is interesting, and I wonder what else you could do with a hat.
